We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks fluent either French, Italian, Spanish, OR German to join our team.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Managing Artist Inquiries: Through a pipeline of support tickets from our artists with various questions (from their portfolios, pricing, and presence on the platform), you are there to quickly and effectively answer!
Contribute to Artist Success Projects to increase artist happiness and increase NPS.
